Rise

RISE is Pan Macmillan's Race and Ethnicity Staff Network.

The primary aim of this network is to generate greater understanding and respect for the diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds within our company as well as being a safe space, it provides an opportunity for learning, sharing experiences, and promoting the benefits of diversity.

They have been running since 2020 and their current membership is approx. 32 people representing a large proportion of our global majority staff.
