The THRIVE Network works to build cultural awareness, bring people together, and champion our Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage colleagues and writers.

They host monthly book clubs, events with other networks from around the industry and support important initiatives within Hachette that attract, retain and develop diverse talent such as The Future Bookshelf and Changing The Story.
